January 13-18, 2027 Tailwind Jungle Lodge • San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico THE LIVING BODY
A Continuum, Intuitive Movement & Embodied Sound Retreat
Six days in the Jungle to rest, reconnect, and awaken the living artist within.
Begin the new year by giving yourself the gift of nourishment and renewal through movement, meditation and music in nature.
The Living Body Retreat weaves together the complementary practices of Continuum—a somatic meditation practice that combines breath, sound, and fluid movement to deepen body awareness—Intuitive Movement and Sound explorations, leaving time to rediscover your own rhythm.
Connect to the living body's innate wisdom through movement, breath, sound, and stillness—awakening the body's natural capacity for fluidity, creativity, connection, and transformation.
Join the offerings that appeal to you; take time for yourself to create, and allow your days to unfold naturally.
This retreat is designed as a welcoming introduction to each of these practices. No prior experience is necessary.
Rhythm of the Retreat
Throughout the week, we'll share practices that support everyday living, while also providing a celebratory environment for you to explore.
Each day offers a balance of guided experiences and time to follow your own rhythm, including:
Meditation
Continuum explorations
Intuitive Movement
Sound explorations
Exploring the beach or the town of San Pancho
Shared nourishing meals
Music, sound baths and jam sessions
“The resonance of the retreat stayed with me for a long time afterward, and I wished I could carry it with me endlessly. There is such power, energy, and magic in gathering together, and in the beautiful grid Norah created for us. Thank you for weaving the magic of Continuum and bringing us all together.”
— Karin, Continuum Retreat ParticipantOptional Creative Experience
Participants may choose to spend two mornings with fine arts and ceramic artist Carolina Fregoso in her oceanside studio, just a walk down the road from the lodge. Carolina describes her approach simply as “creating from the heart,” bringing warmth and intuition to the process. This optional hand-building pottery experience offers another way to slow down, create with your hands, and experience the meditative rhythm of working with clay.
Additional registration fee: $200
Limited to 6 participants. Payment is required to secure your spot and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
