Somatic Experiencing (SE™) is a body-based, naturalistic approach that supports nervous system regulation by gently exploring the body’s inherent healing wisdom while addressing the impacts of stress and trauma.
My work as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) is grounded in anatomy, physiology, and embodied learning. Sessions may integrate movement, sound, touch, and Yoga Therapy, offering an experiential approach that supports regulation and integration through present-moment experience.

Yoga is a scientific system of self-investigation, self-transformation, and self-realization that originated in India.
I integrate gentle breathwork, movement, meditation, mantra and sensory awareness practices to facilitate a connection with the inherent energy within our bodies, offering a pathway towards understanding and embracing the body as a gateway to expanded consciousness.
