Embodied Somatics: An Experiential Journey Through the Elements of Self

A Comprehensive Foundation in Somatic Practice

60-Hour Experiential Somatics

This immersive program invites you to explore the elemental forces of water, sound, movement, ritual, the nervous system and self-care. Each module offers a rich sensory experience, guiding you toward greater presence, sense of connectivity and felt sense of self. Through movement, breath, sound, and reflection, you will deepen your access to the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing, supporting both yourself and others.

This program serves as an excellent entry point for those interested in deepening their knowledge and continuing their education in the field of Somatics. Designed to be accessible to all bodies, this program welcomes therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, healthcare professionals and those that seek to explore somatically for personal growth or continuing education.

Flexible Learning Options
Modules can be taken individually as stand alone experiences or as part of the full 60-hour program. Each module focuses on a key somatic theme and
a process of yoga inquiry. Completing the full program provides a comprehensive somatic foundation and qualifies for continuing education credits with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Supportive Learning Container

This program is experiential and education-based, inviting deep listening and embodied exploration. Because somatic practices can sometimes touch personal material, participants are asked to have access to supportive resources outside of the group container.

Participants are welcome to work with Norah individually during the program, or to draw on other forms of trusted support, to help integration unfold in a resourced way.
