  • Consultations offer an introductory overview of working somatically, providing insight into key components such as nervous system regulation, resilience-building, and embodied awareness. They support integrating somatic resources aligned with your personal and/or professional goals.

    Consultations may also serve as an orientation to working together, including exploring Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) or considering SE™ sessions for your child.

    Consultations are offered for:

    • Orientation & Somatic Education
    An introduction to working somatically, including nervous system education, embodiment support, and guidance for personal or professional integration.

    • Educational & Mentoring
    For healthcare providers and somatic practitioners seeking educational support, mentorship, or guidance in applying nervous system–informed, embodied approaches within their own professional scope.

    • Yoga Therapy Case Consultations For yoga teachers, yoga therapy students, and healthcare professionals seeking support with assessment, clinical reasoning, and the application of yoga therapy practices through a somatic lens.

    • SE™ Student Individual Cases (SEI-Recognized Credit)
    For students enrolled in the Somatic Experiencing® training program. Students may bring a case from their practice to explore the application of SE™ principles, including clinical orientation, nervous system tracking, and professional development within the SE™ training context.These consultations may support personal process and embodied learning and may qualify for SE™ training credit, in accordance with SEI guidelines.

  • Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body- based, naturalistic approach designed to gently facilitate the exploration of the body's inherent healing wisdom while addressing the impacts of stress and trauma in the body.

    This gentle, integrative, and collaborative process serves to teach the language of our bodies, equipping individuals with tools for self-regulation and aiding in the restoration and balance in the nervous system.

    As a body-based Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, my work is informed by anatomy and physiology and grounded in touch-based, movement-based, and experiential learning. Sessions may integrate somatic movement, sound, touch, and Yoga Therapy. This approach allows the work to be both educational and embodied, supporting nervous system regulation through direct experience rather than cognitive explanation alone.

    These sessions are educational in nature and support embodied learning through the direct, personal somatic experience.

    For SE™ students, these sessions qualify for SE™ training credit, at all levels of the SE™ training program.

    These consultations support:

    • case-based learning

    • application of SE™ principles

    • professional development within the SE™ training context

  • Yoga is a scientific system of self-investigation, self-transformation, and self-realization that originated in India. 

    The teachings of yoga are rooted in the Vedas and grounded in classical texts and a rich oral tradition.

    I integrate gentle breathwork, movement, meditation, mantra and sensory awareness practices to facilitate a connection with the inherent energy within our bodies, offering a pathway towards understanding and embracing the body as a gateway to expanded consciousness.

    Cultivate a safe, personalized practice tailored to your individual needs. Sessions offer guided exploration of anatomy, physiology, and yoga psychology within an embodied, therapeutic framework.

    All levels are welcome; no prior experience is necessary.

    For yoga teachers, yoga therapy students, and healthcare professionals seeking support with assessment, clinical reasoning, and the application of yoga therapy practices through a yoga-based, somatic lens.

    Group Case Consults

    Group case consultations bring yoga teachers and practitioners together to present cases within a supportive learning environment. These sessions invite shared inquiry, collective reflection, and peer-based learning, allowing participants to learn not only from their own cases but from the experiences and perspectives of others.

    Supports clinical insight, ethical reflection, embodied understanding, and professional connection within a yoga therapy context.

    Group case consultations are offered for groups of two or more. Please contact me directly to inquire about availability and scheduling.

  • Massage Therapy assesses, treats, and prevents soft tissue and joint issues to improve physical function and relieve pain.

    I provide the opportunity to explore embodiment and foster somatic awareness with the option to integrate somatic movement, Sound Therapy and Yoga Therapy into your treatment session and or as part of your self-care recommendation plan to empower, educate, and address physical function and/or pain.
